New Local Access Numbers
SugarDog is currently in the process of changing local access numbers for Dial-Up Service. Click
here and scroll down to the "New Local Access Numbers" to see if you need to change. If you're unsure how to change the number your computer connects to, contact us at 888-272-6525. This does NOT affect DSL customers.
Attention SugarDog Dial-Up Customers
Please add "@sugardog.com" to your dial-up username as soon as possible. This change is ONLY for your dial-up username - nothing else. If you are a DSL customer, or you already have your dial-up settings configured this way, please ignore this message. An example of the change is shown below.

Simply add "@sugardog.com" after your username (e.g. if your username is "johnsmith", you would change it to "johnsmith@sugardog.com").
If your dialer is set to automatically dial (which means you have no opportunity to change the username before it dials), you may cancel the dialing in progress to make the change, or you can call our support team for help.
Note that this change affects ONLY the username in your dialer; no ther change is necessary. This DOES NOT affect or change your e-mail address.
Please make this simple change the next time you log in and if you have any problems please do not hesitate to call for support.
